Has anyone ever run into this before? We have a customer that switched to
us from AOL and is having some problems. She has been able to receive WAV
files through AOL and play them fine. It appears that AOL is using the
Windows Media Player.
When she receives the same file through Outlook Express and opens it, the
Windows Media Player launches and the status bar moves, but she cannot hear
any sound. All of her volume settings are correct, and nothing is muted.
She is using OE 5 on Win 95.
