[NTISP] Help with Internic

Well as you all know the network solution people have changed the
website and whois. So how do I contact them when I have a problem? I
am trying to get a domain name changed and it has gone into limbo.. You
can;t get a phone line and I can't get their forms to work - Syas server
error and so...

Any ideas how to get a live person I can scream at?
