Hmmm, you would need to install Microsoft RRAS on your NT server. You can
check out

I have a modem pool with internal modem slots from econox. This is just a
plain doter board type. Can anyone help me to make it radius compliant. I am
using this modem pool with Windows NT, and modem will be detected in
WindowsNT.
