Circuit costs here are high. And you have to add to this the 128 Kbps port
charges ISP's like me bill him. It's not exactly cheap as it is in the US.

He is in the province and ISDN isn't available there. In fact, even here in
the capital city of the Philippines (Metro Manila), ISDN is available in one
portion of the city only. And I'm not in that part of town.
