I don't know if you remeber me, but I used to work at CIOE. I worked with
Jason Hess... I saw your question on the NTISP list that I still subscribe
to. In answer to your question, all you need is the A record and www record
pointing to the REAL IP address. If you have mail on the domain you need to
point that to the correct mail server also. Don't worry about the localhost
entry...
