With RadiusNT 2.5.195 and higher, you don't need to use the proxy strip
domain/treat as local options to handle this. You can set the trimname
registry option to 3. This will tell RadiusNT to trim out the domain
before auth:
> radrecv: Request from host 7f000001 code=1, id=224, length=89
> User-Name = "daler@blah.com"
> NAS-Identifier = 127.0.0.1
> NAS-Identifier = "Localhost"
> NAS-Port = 0
> Caller-Id = "1115551212"
> Password = "6\024\362\231\012\{\260%T\207\242U\266As"
> rad_authenticate_ODBC()

> Framed-Protocol = PPP
> Framed-Address = 1.2.3.4
> Resp Time: 60 Auth: 2/0 -> 2 Acct: 0/0/0 -> 0
Notice the auth was just "daler" into the DB, although the request
name was daler@blah.com.
