We tracked the invalid cursor state to an invalid (expired)
license key. If you are getting this error, then double check
that you license key is not expired. You can send me the first
five digits of it, and I will lookit up and can tell you
whether it is expired.

Its in closed beta at this point. You'll probably see some
announcements about it in the next week or two.
