[RadiusNT] RadiusNT not writing CRLF to log file

It seems that when RadiusNT writes to the plain text log file for password
failures and concurrency contriol, it does not write an End-Of-Line
character to it.

The result is a line that is sometimes 4096 characters in length, making the
log file impossible to read.

Can anyone confirm this ?
