Have you disabled the visual notification in Dr. Watson? If so and the
service does stop, then RadCheck should restart it. I have classically
found that usernames that are longer than 18 character (not including
trailing spaces which RadiusNT 2.5 can strip off) cause RadiusNT troubles.
