The Above works for me, although I'm running Win2000. Do you
ever see this:
> SQL Statement: RadCheckTrigger 3

My tosee.bat has:
> echo "blah" > test.txt
and it did create the test.txt file when I authenticated the user.
One thing you may need to do is run cmd.exe and have it run the
bat file.
