With a max, you do NOT specify a port on the SNMPUser (notice there is
not .x in the table, it just ends with a .(dot)). The server type of
5 tells RadiusNT to append the AcctSessionID to the SNMPUser before
making the SNMP request.

There is a known bug in RadiusNT 2.5 that you MUST have stats
enabled for the SNMP thread to start. Therefore, you need to
enable both SNMP options, or SNMP concurrency checking will
not work.
