[RadiusNT] Funky Cisco 5300 Port Attributes

Hello,

I'm running a Cisco AS5300 w/ IOS v.12.0(3)T1 and Emerald / RadiusNT. The
problem I have is the Cisco returning really funky server-port ID numbers
to RADIUS. It has created 1310785501 thru 1310785584 so far for 56k
dial-ins, and 20001 thru 20003 for ISDN calls. Sometimes it will use the
same one, sometimes not, then I have to go into SQL Query manager and run
the server port update script, or the user will not be seen in the calls
on-line and won't of course have any attributes applied to them (and still
won't unless the redial and hit one of the IDs already created.). I can't
seem to find in the archives for IEA or on CCO what I am doing wrong. I am
hoping someone in here will have an idea of what I have wrong on the config
of my Cisco, or what I have wrong in my Radius config.

Here are the relevant (I believe) parts of my Cisco config:
--------------------
aaa new-model
aaa authentication login default local radius
aaa authentication login admins local
aaa authentication login use-radius radius local
aaa authentication login local radius
aaa authentication ppp dialins radius local
aaa authorization exec default local
aaa authorization network default radius local
aaa accounting network default start-stop radius
--------------------
radius-server host 216.60.13.3 auth-port 1645 acct-port 1646
radius-server attribute nas-port format b
--------------------

Thank you.
