[RadiusNT] Radius in Text Mode

but it gives following error

23) IPAddress: All

Param: Debug Level: 15
Initializing Winsock...
Couldn't open c:\radius/clients to find client
Client Initialization Failure

And RadiusNT service also not starting...
But in ODBC Mode it works fine.

Any idea??
