Does the netserver support STAC compression ? I have found that Portmaster
3's without the STAC compression card installed have longer PPP negotiation
times when Software Compression is turned on in Win95/98 DUN. I suppose this
is because the client is asking for compression and it's being denied. This
may be the cause of the delay.

Cheers

Phil
