[RadiusNT] No pwd in request!

I have a cisco 3640 authenticating against radiusNT 2.5.175.

Authentication of analog connections and telnet connections is working fine,
but when I try an ISDN connection using NT4.0 dialup networking the
authentication is being rejected with the following error:

Authenticate: from 192.168.4.2 - No pwd in request!

I also get a Received unknown attribute 11, vendor 311 error as part of the
same request.

Any ideas?
