Makes sense to check IP address first. FWIW, the monitoring system doesn't
make an actual request. It only checks for the UDP port to be open and
responsive. The re-ordering the validity check caused an error we've never
seen before. By simply adding a servername and IP address to the servers
table, we are able to test again.
