When your ODBC Fails or is down, RadiusNT Logs the accounting info into text
file for each NAS. When the ODBC database returns, it then starts logging
within the ODBC Database. What we would like to see is that when the ODBC
Database comes back online, it will MOVE all call records from the TXT
Accounting log into the ODBC Accounting log.
