This is your PM with ComOS 3.8. Livingston added RADIUS accounting
when you telnet or use one of their management products (like
PM Vision) to modify or change the configuration).

What you need to do is edit your Access database, calls table and
define a default value for the NAS-Port column to 9999 and save
it. That will resolve the problem.
