They never did get authenticated, somehow the stop record was=20
created somewhere else (forged?), otherwise how could a=20
User-Service of Shell-User be sent when I don't even have that=20
under any of my Account-Types. Also, In the call records below,=20
that record is not listed.

You better do a LOT MORE research... as you do have or did have a admin
login in your Radius file...... else admin would not have been able to
login!!
