[RadiusNT] Server Access

I have a question on exactly how Server Access works. If I have a user who
has server access set to PPP and they call in to my Total Control equipment
the radius call looks like the following:

User-Name = "********"
Password = "********"
NAS-Identifier = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
NAS-Port = 1793
Acct-Session-Id = "117440823"
Vendor-Specific = ""
User-Service = Framed-User
Framed-Protocol = PPP
Vendor-Specific = ""
Vendor-Specific = ""
Vendor-Specific = ""
Vendor-Specific = ""
Caller-Id = "xxxxxxxxxx"
NAS-Port-DNIS = "xxxxxxx"
NAS-Port-Type = Async

My question is can I based the Server Access on the NAS-Port-Type field
there (which currently states Async) in order to stop a person from dialing
in ISDN when they are only paying for an analog connection?

Thanks!
