The EmerAuth DLL requires MORE than just the basic fields from
RadiusNT. If you grab the Emerald Documentation, it has the full
table schema. You will need to create the tables that are not part
of the RadiusNT schema. You can also get the insttabs.sql file
from the Emerald distribution if you want an easier way to create
those tables.

What we like to see the most is the "-x15 -X" output of the last request
that RadiusNT received before it crashed. Uusually we can resole the
problem with that information.
