[RadiusNT] Y2K & Multilink PPP

I am a very small ISP (under 400 MBR's) running an old version of RadiusNT
(1.1.60) and Lucent PM2's.

I have two questions:

1. Is there a way to configure multilink PPP through Radius or do I need to
set it up in the user tables of the PM2's

2. Is this version of Radius Y2K complient.
