RadiusNT is NOT designed to be an interactive program. Its designed to
run as a service. When you run it in debug mode, you are telling it
that you want to run it in interactive mode. Otherwise, it is expecting
to be started by the service manager. You should install it and run it
as a serice, the the docs.
