In RadiusNT, you restrict the network access for that user. In IEAK 5, your
can setup a few dialup up networking profiles, the signup account will be
setup as default without proxy setting, and you restrict the access to your
web server only, so user will be able to get a connection, once they get
connected, you configure it to auto-start a registration program(VB,C++ or
whatever) to gather all the user information and post it to ASP page on your
web server, your ASP will check everything and if is OK, create an account
in Database or WindowsNT domain or Registry. There will a couple of FLAG
which ASP send back to the client program to signal the process, once finsh
the registration, you client program will remove the registration dial-up
profile and create a new one with the new account.
