As long as you don't have anything else running on the machine, that
would be fine. I'd like to see 256mb of RAM (with about 160 of it
allocated to SQL), though.

You can look at replication, but I wouldn't use replication with
6.5. You also need a lot more horsepower and memory to run replicaton.
