Anybody like to pay for it. It is simple. If you use Internet Explorer
Administration Kit, you have option to setup client's system to run a
program before connection, after connection and drop connection, and also
can run a script file on client's system. You can do a simple VB program to
gather all the user information and send to an default ASP page and update
anything you want. The ASP page can lead to a secure online payment site and
get customer's payment and enable the USER account.

Anybody want to pay for $500, I can configure a master CD for you with
customized logo and animation(for setup and internet explorer 5.0) if you
supply them. However, I need at least 10 people, other wise it is not worth
to do it. (It will take two weeks programming and extra day for every master
copy)
