[Emerald] Prepaid Accounts

Hi Dale,

I have accounts who prepay for there hours online. Everytime I leave the
Expire Date field empty, Emerald tells me there is an invalid expiry date
and it inserts 1/1/00 into the field.

I thought the Expiry Date field could now be blank.
