[Emerald] case sensitivity problem

Hi,

I recently discovered that when I installed SQL Server on my system, I
chose an option that precluded case checking. Apparently associated with
the character set chosen, or something along those lines.

Since Emerald assumes lower case isn't the same as upper case, does anyone
have a suggestion as to how this can be changed? I understand the
installation itself has to be removed & redone from scratch.

I could export the data to an Access database and reimport it, but wouldn't
that blow out the primary keys on the tables since they are
auto-generated? IE, Customer ID 10 coming in would be Customer ID 9 if I
had deleted customer 9 before.

Thanks...
