Is this problem only occurring on this one machine? Have you
tried another machine? I'm guessing that perhaps you have a
bad installed or some munged file that is causing the problem.
I assume you can print from other applications? Have you tried
un-installing and re-installing Emerald? Can you check the
install log (in the Emerald dir) to see whether it wrote
the cr* files, or if there were already some there that it
left?
