Check the billing cycle. Balance Forward accounts do not get
expiration dates, their enforcement is on the balance/overlimit.
You would need to use a renewal billing cycle for the expiration
date to default in. Paying an invoice changes the expiration
date to the paid thru date. Also voiding an invoice may have those
dates reset as well.
