[Emerald] Fw: Slow Mail Authentication

Hi,

We are still having problems with slow mail authentication. We've been
through everything we can think of and we have to find some resolution to
this problem (even if it means going to MailSite instead of staying with
NTMail). We continue to get complaints so please help if you have any ideas
or see something we haven't checked or tried (or if you've run into this
same problem and fixed it, or are still having the problem).

Here's our setup:

Mail Server -- Dual PII 200, 496 Mb RAM, NT 4 SP3, NTMail 3.03e. Serv-U
is
also on this server authenticating from Emerauth.dll
from another location
(different directory) with no noticeable lag. The
newest EmerAuth.dll is loaded in
both places and logging is turned off....we checked
it twice.

Emerald Server -- Also runs Radius. SQL Server 7.0. Dual PIII 400, NT4 SP4
we tried logging in using Radius on a client
machine and here's the results:
