[Emerald] Device exists

I deleted the Emerald database and checked to Delete Associated Device and
now I can't creaate another Emerald database because it tells me the Device
exists...

I don't see any device anywhere or any log files (it also says the
Emerald_log exists).

After all that I created an Emerald25 DB and deleted it with the same
results... at least I'm consistant!

Can someone pull on my head for me... Thanks

BTW, nothing in the archives except for an email similar to this one.
