If the username isn't in Emerald anywhere, then it won't be shown in the
Online view. I never noticed this before until a couple of weeks ago when I
had to set up a few connection profiles directly in one of our Maxes for a
few dedicated ISDN connections using routing, etc.

If they're anything like NASPort numbers for Ascend Maxes (possibly
excluding the TNT series), they're probably normal. In the Max world, the
first digit represents a digital (1) or analog call (2). The second/third
number represents which WAN port the call came in on (first, second, third,
etc. T1/PRI). The fourth/fifth numbers represent the channel number (1-24)
on that particular T1/PRI.
