The default invoice is designed to leave room in the upper left hand
corner
for letterhaed or pre-printed logos. To add a logo to the report, you
need to use Crystal.

I've created a new test invoice for you to play with. Check out this
report. You need to replace logo.bmp with your own logo and logo.bmp
MUST be in the Emerald working directory.
