Just define a service type of "Web" or whatever you want, make sure
it doesn't have any default attributes, and add it for the customer.
You can use the diff cost option if the cost of the website isn't
normal (you can also have several service types for say business
web, or other web offerings you have). I usually put the domain
of the web server in for the login, so that it shows on the
invoice as well.
