[Emerald] SQL - timeon2.cfm scripts

Ok, another question.

I have downloaded the Timeon2.dbm script from IEA's ftp and am trying to
install it. I am using CF3.0 and I have had some experience with CF and
Access but never with SQL. Anyway when I run the timeon script I get an
error saying:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
----

Error resolving parameter USER.ACCTSTATUSTYPE

The column ACCTSTATUSTYPE is not present in the query named USER. It is
likely that you have misspelled the name of the column.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok, so I thought well I'll just use the little Wizard that CF3.0 came with
to make queries and web pages. Basically this just builds a cfm script into
a webpage for you. I select the Emerald database from the list of available
DSN's and no matter what login I use it tells me that there are no tables in
the database. Now I think that the two errors are one in the same. I just
don't know that much about SQL server. Does anyone have any thoughts on
this.
My goal if you have not guessed from previous posts is to get a way for our
users to go to a webpage and use their username and password and see how
many hours per month they have used. I can't believe this is that difficult
of a thing to do. Of course since spending the majority of our years
software budget on Emerald (thinking that it would be a built-in feature) I
can't afford to have someone custom write something. I know this sounds
like whining but I'm at my wits end.

In the About of Emerald I get this info regarding the SQL server:
Emerald version 2.5.278
SQL - 6.50.416
Database - Emerald
Mode - Standard
NT Version - 4.0 (1381)

Any help would be MOST appreciated.
