What do you mean by "Manual Calls update". I see "Update Calls" in the top
section of the Database Maintenance window. And I see "Call Records" in the
lower "Manual Maintenance" section of the same window. When I performed the
"Call Records" - "Trim" a few months ago, it seemed to delete all the call
records without consolidating them.
