This is usually a result of either the domain from Emerald not matching
the domain from Mailsite. An older VerifyMailUser matched the Mailsite
domain to the Emerald Domain description, not the MailDomain field.
You might make sure both your Domain description and Mail Domain is
the same as the domain in Mailsite and see if that fixes it.
