One particular customer has over recent days been experiencing numerous
disconnection problems. In his Time Online section of emerald the
disconnection reason is showing as Value 9. When I checked the documentation
for 2.5 it only shows data for values 10 (user not found) and up - but
nothing for 9.
Any ideas what is going on?
