I was trying to test Emerald (Demo version) and I found that the online
feature with it is not working. i.e. I cannot track a connected user and
see him online.
I used for test a CISCO router with built in modems. the connection ,
authentication via RadiusNT worked fine and the connection test was
successful, but I could not see the user online. (does not appear on the
online window) I could notice that the minutes assigned were decreasing,
but the name of the user did not show at all.
Could you please advice me accordingly
