Only if running as a foreground application. Services don't have access
to mapped drive letters.

Its not a matter of Emerald/SQL Server being able to handle a UNC, its
just Serv-U. Assuming Emerald/Serv-U/SQL are on the same machine, it
might work to use real paths, but everything else would not now.
