All releases past 2.5.22x have a bug with CC billing.. What I have
personally done to get around the problem is that I verified that all MBR's
with CC setup were setup properly, then I run the CC's and after the CC's
are ran I run the following script.

Update MasterAccounts
Set Paymethod = "Credit Card"
Where Paymethod = "Invoice"
and CreditCardAutoBill = 1

I understand that IEA has identified and corrected the bug in the upcoming
release.

BTW.. the Autobill = 0 does still charge the card, if the Invoice mode is
set to Credit Card. This changed with 2.5.xxx Autobill = 0 now is only
supposed to flag Emerald that after it bills the card to change the Invoice
mode to Invoice(Renewal). That way you can set up an MBR to bill a card 1
time and then revert to Renewal.

I have not had Emerald charge a card for an InActive account..... so I have
no "advice" for that problem.
