"Could not connect to SQL database Emerald"
Login attempts from other workstations resulted in the same error.
After restarting the SQL Executive, I was able to log in, but about 30
minutes later, another user complained that he could not start Emerald. His
error message simply said "Login Failed." Again, I had to restart the SQL
Executive to get the user logged in.
Any idea what's happening?
