I have two easy Emerald 2.1.8 / SQL 6.5 / Radius 2.2 questions:
1) If I run the Emerald.exe program simultaneously on two different =
machines, both with identical permissions, is there any chance that I =
could mess up the database by trying to access or change the exact same =
data simultaneously from both machines?
2) Our call history consolidation works (and has always worked) very =
quickly. We have 1000MBR's and still, weekly consolidation takes only 5 =
minutes or so. GREAT!!!!! But when we check to see how much time a =
user has used during the last month, it takes over a minute for the =
information to appear on the screen on the TimeOn tab. Is there =
something I can do to make the TimeOn function work more quickly?
