I just done some work on customer can signup on the internet on ASP. Need
some beautification later. Can visit on
http://account.dmn.com.au/singnup/SignUpMaster.asp.
When customer signup the particular service, it will default the sub account
type to "trial" and put the desired accout type in maiden name field, so the
ISP can verify and change it. The account type "trial" has been filter out
by using [sort ] column in AccountType field, so it won't show up in the
Account Type selection list.
