This is really starting to !*%! me off. I payed $4500 for Emerald and then
$995 for tech support, because Emerald has bugs and now I have to pay even
more to customize invoices. I still wait up to a week for answers to my
questions and I paid the $995 for the tech support. This is getting out of
control. Someone forgot about taking care of present customers.
