[Emerald] CallsOnline and things

Hey everyone... I really need an answer... or at least a response or two to
this. We are currently on hold with this project and I'm waiting to hear
words of wisdom to help me proceed. Not a very hard question, I just want
to know how the CallsOnline view is updated so I can figure out why it is

No, that's not the issue. I mean that the CallsOnline view isn't being
updated and it's mostly a view of the ServerPorts table in the DB... when a
person logs in the CallsOnline view does not show it, however all the calls
are being correctly inserted into the Calls table.

I don't understand what mecanism updates the ServerPorts table when a person
logs in and out, so I haven't been able to identify the problem... please

I think the Server Ports configuration is done through Emerald Admin. I
think starts at 0 is what you want?

Hi there. We tried to upgrade to Emerald/RadiusNT 2.5... but it failed and
I backed out to our previous version 2.2. Anyway, things are back to
normal... almost. We aren't getting any CallsOnline... the ServerPorts
table isn't being updated at all. It's just showing the people from before
we started working on it... most of them now as 2's (we had to manually
clear the calls from the Calls screen on Emerald). Anyway, I don't even
understand how the ServerPorts table gets updated... RadiusNT only seems to
update the Calls table. If someone could swing some help my way, it would
be very appreciated. Thanks!
