Its a bug in the HyperArc code. YOu will need to update the HyperArc to fix
the problem.

You need to run the VAS update. You can find this at:
ftp://ftp.iea-software.com/RadiusNT/MSSQL/r25vsa_updt.sql
Run the script in isql_w and it will replace several tables in your
database. You will also need atleast RadiusNT 2.5.162 for this to work.
