Thanks for the help.. However, I have spoken with support at Vircom, and it
seems that the problem was the unique name feature. When using unique logins
per domain, you must log into the mail account with full address. IE:
dude%domain.com. Otherwise it doesn't know what to do.

Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of experience with Vircon's mail
server, besides what I know about Mailsite. Did you create an
External System in Emerald, associate the services to that ES, and
then define the External System ID in Vircom?
