[Emerald] More call consolidation problems v. 267

My consolidation simply does not complete. First, run charges. I get:
1 - 475,000
2 - 185,000

I know that the first one will not complete due to the size of the log
device (150Mb). The log device will fill up before it finishes. The log
size before starting is less than 10 Mb.

It will run for about 2 hours - Dell P400, 256Mb RAM, SQL - 131Mb, TempDB -
80MB or RAM, then I get errors. Most common is MBR/SA not found. I expect
that these are call records for deleted accounts.

I have tried deleting ALL calls records. After one month, when I run the
consol., It still will not complete. I run checkdb twice per week, along
with the various other procedures installed automatically by emerald.
